leveroni ships from Spain to the world! Most of the items are handmade to order and shipped 7-14 days after you have made your purchase and the funds have been recieved. All orders are posted recorded delivery from Madrid Spain, we include your tracking number in the email sent out to you once your item has been handmade and dispatched.

Refunds & Exchange:
Unfortunately leveroni does not refund or exchange any items bought from the online store, but if you have any major problems with your purchase please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item and we will try work something out.

The measurements in the size chart apply to body measurements, not garment measurements. To achieve an accurate measurement, make sure you wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of the bust. The waist should be measured at the narrowest part and the hips at the widest part of the butt.
